Reinventing data capture

Data collection is ever-present in healthcare, but the tools used are often outdated, inaccurate, and difficult for patients. Dokbot draws from research since 2015 within the Biomedical Informatics Center (BMIC) at the Medical University of South Carolina to use modern software and interface design to collect patient-reported information more completely and accurately.

Dokbot doesn’t require users to understand the nuances of medical data. Neither does it expect healthcare professionals to understand how best to collect that data.

Unlike most chatbots today, Dokbot focuses on data collection by mimicking how a healthcare professional gathers information from patients. Users experience the interaction as a natural, flowing conversation designed for accuracy and ease of use. Behind the scenes, the Dokbot platform handles the complex coalescence of medical data schemas, validation, data-driven branching logic, data privacy and security, compliant regulations, integrations, and more.

Dokbot is focused on direct patient interaction without needing to replace existing health IT systems. Let Dokbot improve how you interact with patients to gather their information. We promise both you and your patients will love it!
